1) After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of CR No.180 of 2016 registered with Wakad Policie Station, Pune city now culminated in Sessions Case No.466 of 2016 does not commence within a period of one year from today. 2) Leave and liberty granted.
