Heard. Learned Counsel for the parties.

On 3rd September, 2021, Appellant was granted interim pre-arrest bail in terms that in the event of arrest, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Mr. Patil, learned Prosecutor on instructions, submits that Appellant was arrested on 13th September, 2021 and was released on executing P.R. Bond, as directed by this Court. Mr. Patil, on instructions submits investigation in this case is over and charge-sheet has been filed on 9th November, 2021. Statement is accepted.

In consideration of the facts stated above, appeal is rendered infructuous. Accordingly it is disposed of.
