The Applicant apprehends arrest in Crime No. 262 of 2023 registered with Versova Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(a) of Information Technology Act, 2006. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

By order dated 4th July, 2023 this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicant for detail reasons stated in the said order. Leaned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and he has handed over his mobile phone. Learned APP further states that the Applicant has been interrogated and his presence is nto required for further interrogation or investigation.

In view of the said statement, and in view of the reasons stated order dated 4th July, 2023, interim bail granted to the Applicant stands confirmed.

Applicant shall report to the Investigating officer as and when required.
