The applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground that, the wife of the applicant is suffering from DUB i.e. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with anemia and it is necessary to operate her. The USG report of the Full

Rane * 2/2 * Appln-960-2017 (sr.32) 27.7.2017 Abdomen which is annexed by the applicant to this application, shows that no significant abnormality has been detected. The Medical Reports are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively. The report of the Medical Superintendent of the Rural Hospital, Panvel shows that the uterine bleeding could be caused on account of Copper-T and she does not require any surgical intervention urgently. The report, further states that, removal of Copper-T will resolve all her problems. In this view of the matter, we do not think this is a fit case for grant of temporary bail. Hence, the Application is rejected.
