This is an application for restoration of Anticipatory Bail Application No.1813 of 2019 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 7th August, 2021. While dismissing the said application it was observed that the applicant had filed affidavit-cum-undertaking that he would deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/-. Thereafter, the applicant deposited amount of Rs.7,50,000/-. The office note indicate that he had deposited the amount of Rs.12,50,000/- and the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- is yet to be deposited.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to deposit the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- and the D.D. in the name of registry in that regard is ready. 3.

In view of the submission, Interim Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- in the registry of this Court within one week from today.
