Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw two photographs, which were marked as 'X1' and 'X2' as recorded in paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 11.07.2017. He further submits that he does not have second copy of two photographs of the alleged unauthorized construction. He undertakes that the appellant shall take out the colour photographs and notarize the copy of the colour photographs and submit it within a period of one week after withdrawal of the said two photographs. He also prays for withdrawal of the original inspection report alongwith the plans.

Registry is directed to accept the legible photocopy of the inspection extract alongwith the plan and also to verify that both the documents are ditto. After putting an endorsement, Registry to accept the same and original be handed over to the appellant. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
