After arguing for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, learned Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, having regard to the fact that the victim girl was aged only 13 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited. Wakodikar 1/2

The mandate of the POCSO Act is that the child is to be examined within 30 days. Till date, the trial has not commenced. Hence, the trial of the applicant is expedited. Learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The aforesaid order to be placed before the learned Judge, seized of the said case.
