This is an application seeking modification of condition imposed vide order dated 28th October, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1974 of 2014. As per clause (v) of that order the applicant was directed to report to trial Court on the first Monday of each Calender month.

The learned advocate for the applicant submitted that he has been complying the said condition after his release on bail. It is submitted that the co-accused had preferred an application before 1/2

Vina k sr.28.appp.613.2017.doc this Court and by order dated 7th April, 2017, the said condition has been relaxed and he was directed to attend the police station once in three months on the first Monday of the said month till the disposal of the case.

The applicant had complied the condition imposed by this Court and he also attended the trial Court during the hearing of the case.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, the applicant can be granted relief which has been granted to the coaccused vide order dated 7th April, 2017 passed in Criminal Application No.828 of 2016.

The condition imposed vide order dated 28th October, 2014 in clause (v) of the said order is relaxed and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months on first Monday of the said month till the said disposal of the said case. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
