The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is cross FIR at the instance of applicant. It is submitted that in the facts and circumstances the trial be expedited. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to renew his request for bail, if trial is not concluded within reasonable period.

Considering the fact that there are cross-cases, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide both the cases, as early as possible and in any case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court, in case the trial is not concluded as directed above.
