The petitioner raises objection to the advancement of loan by the Kolhapur District Central Cooperative Bank in favour of respondent no. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the communication (Ex.D) made by the bank authorities dated 08.7.2015, the petitioner apprehends that Bank is intending to advance loan in favour of respondent no. 3, which is not a registered society. The counsel submits that the Hon'ble Minister has not decided the Revision Petition, which was directed to be decided by the Division Bench of this Court by the order dated 19.10.2011 passed in W.P. No. 7299 of 2009.
