1. Heard Mr. Pradhan, learned Advocate for Applicant.

2. Perused the Interim Application.

3. By the present Application, the Applicant in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 submitted that Review Application filed for seeking review of the order dated 18.12.2019 could not be filed due to receiving incorrect / wrong advice. That he filed the application for modification which came to be rejected by this Court on 01.07.2022 as it was not in the proper format and therefore not maintainable.

4. It is seen that Applicant himself is an LLB Graduate and Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

5. For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) without expressing any

28.IA.16969.22++.doc opinion on the merits of the matter and subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- within two weeks to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, receipt of which shall be produced on record.

6. With the above direction, Interim Application No. 16969 of 2022 is disposed of.
