This Civil Application is filed for restoration of the First Appeal. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 150 days in filing the application for restoration. She further submits that both the applicants are residing in Pune and they are parents of the deceased. This Appeal is arising out of compensation claim and, therefore, she prays that the delay of 150 days be condoned and the Appeal be restored.

In view of the above submissions and the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 150 days is condoned and the Appeal is restored to its original file. Civil Application is allowed. 5.
