This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and to extend the facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 25th September, 2020.

The applicant was directed to be released on bail on suspension of sentence by order dated 25th September, 2020. The Manish S. Thatte Manish S. Thatte Date: 2021.01.08 10:40:45 +0530 applicant was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of Eight weeks. It is submitted that this application for extension of time was filed on 2nd December, 2020. Prior to that the applicant was in Uttar Pradesh and hence there was delay in preferring this application. It is submitted that on account of Sajakali Jamadar

Considering these submissions advanced by learned advocate for the applicant, the facility of cash bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 25th September, 2020 passed in Interim Application No.1 of 2019 is extended by period of Eight weeks from today. The applicant shall comply the direction of furnishing surety within a period of Eight weeks from today.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
