P.C.:- Shri Waghmare, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, by the Government Resolution dated 23.07.2014, the State Government has permitted the Petitioner College to increase the intake capacity of the students from 60 to 120 in diploma in Mechanical Engineering Course w.e.f. 2014-15. It is stated that in view of the subsequent development, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition stands served.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
