Not on board. In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Collector, Solapur for redressal of their grievances against the Tahsildar.

3] With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

4] Needless to say that we have not commented upon the merits of the allegations levelled in the petition and the Collector shall be free to take decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
