On 4 December 2023, the following order was passed: "Perused the Orders dated 20 October 2020 and 10 February 2021 which indicate that the Petition is already admitted.

2 On the last occasion also none had appeared for the Petitioners. The learned Addl. GP states that as per his information, the counsel for the Petitioners is no more.

3 The Petitioners have sought action to be taken on the Test Audit Report in respect of the Annasaheb Magar Co-operative Bank Limited. Thereafter, reply is filed stating that the action has been taken in part.

5 If no appearance for the Petitioners is rendered, it would be presumed that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this Petition and further appropriate order would be passed".

Today also none appears for the Petitioners. Neither the Petitioners are present nor an alternate arrangement is made. The board is notified in advance.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. If the cause survives, it is open to the Petitioners to file an affidavit demonstrating it to be so within reasonable time to seek restoration of the petition.
