addressed a letter to the Government Pleader and informed that, in the meeting held on 17th October, 2018, it was resolved that the lands acquired from Village-Valavli, Taluka-Panvel, District-Raigad, compensation at the rate of Rs.14/- per sq.mtr, being reasonable, it would be appropriate not to pursue First Appeal No.613/2004. The letter dated 20th March, 2022 is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identifcation. In that view of the matter, the First Appeal is disposed of as dismissed. 2) With dismissal of the Appeal, all applications therein do not survive. The same are disposed of as having become infructuous.
