We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the State Government to take a decision as early as possible, preferably within four weeks on the Application of the Petitioners for further extension as Managing Directors of the Sugar factories, as learned AGP , on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioners' Application for further extension has already been forwarded to the State Government for consideration.
