This is an Application for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the Appeal. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Grater Mumbai by the judgment and order dated 06.04.2022 passed in Sessions Case No.239 of 2020. He was convicted under Sections 376, 452, 354, 509 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. The major Shabnoor

It is mentioned in the Application and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant's family members did not know what exact steps are required to be taken for preferring an Appeal. Their financial condition was not good, therefore, Appeal could not be filed within time.
