The Petitioners have also instituted a substantive appeal against the decision in the main application. Therefore, the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous.

2] The petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the impugned order alongwith substantive appeal already instituted by them, if they so desire.
