1. By this application, the applicant seeks a limited relief to direct the Family Court to expeditiously decide the proceedings. The learned counsel for the respondent also has no objection if such relief is granted.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the order dated 20th June 2022 whereby the Court had indicated that the proceedings can be expedited in the interest of parties.

3. It is submitted that it has been a year since the matter has not been heard. It is also submitted that this Court order was pointed out to be the learned trial Judge. However, in the absence of any specific directions, their submissions were not considered.

4. Be that as it may, the Family Court at Bandra may dispose of these proceedings preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

5. Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms.
