Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered an application for amendment. We have perused the averments made in the application for amendment. Amendment is partly necessitated in view of notifications dated 28th January 2016 and 2nd May 2016 by which Development Control Regulations have been amended. In view of subsequent events, amendment will have to be permitted. 2.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded on the server. Copy of the amended petition be served on the respondents. It will be open for the respondents to file an additional affidavit dealing with the amended portion. Place the petition on the weekly board of the week commencing from 13th August 2018. Permission is granted to re-paginate the entire file.
