By way of present petition, it is submitted by the petitioner/convict No.11722 who is presently lodged in Nasik Road Central Prison had applied for parole leave and he was released on 27th August, 2019 and he surrendered on 18th September, 2019. The petitioner, after applying for the parole leave, surrendered before the prison authorities on due date. In this petition, the petitioner prayed for further grant of leave in view of the Government Resolution dated 28th August, 2020.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the emergency parole leave was granted to the petitioner and the petitioner was released from the prison on 9th January, 2021. As the Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:
