1] Applicants are seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 190/2021 registered with Shantinagar Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Applicants who are husband and wife are seeking bail on the ground that applicant-wife around 5 days back delivered a baby girl and there are other minor children who are to be looked after. 1/2

5] I have considered investigation papers.

6] Applicants in a pre-planned manner have executed offence in question as the mode and manner in which they have accepted and deposited the gold from the victims, initially gave them return and thereafter committed offence of cheating is quite apparent. There is direct evidence of their involvement. That being so, no case for bail is made out.

7] Application stands rejected.
