Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

These applications are preferred by petitioners for stay of 8 weeks for execution of the judgment and order dated 23.7.2003 passed by learned Estate Officer.

It is to be noted that the Writ Petitions filed by the applicants / petitioners were dismissed by this court (Coram: S.C.Dharmadhikari, J.) by order dated 30.8.2012. After four years applicants are seeking further stay of 8 weeks. For last four years applicants have not taken any steps and now they want stay of 8 weeks. That cannot be considered.
