This Application is moved for pre-arrest bail, as the applicants/accused are apprehending arrest for the offences punishable under sections 326, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code in C.R. No. 119 of 2015 registered with Satara Taluka Police Station. 2.

Perused the FIR. As per the FIR, the applicants are not assailants. Moreover, learned APP informs the Court that charge sheet is filed by the police against both the applicants/accused. Under such circumstances, interim bail granted by this Court on 22nd July, 2015 is hereby confirmed and condition of attending police station is relaxed. 3.
