By present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for relief of parole leave on the ground of COVID-19 pandemic.

It is a matter of fact and well within the realm of all that, the COVID-19 pandemic has ceased its severity.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, by a Circular dated 10th February, 2022 issued by the Competent Authority, the benefit of COVID-19 pandemic parole leave has been stopped. 3.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
