7-CAW-55-2023.DOC attention to the order dated 16th April 2008 whereby the writ petition itself has been disposed of with consent of the Petitioners and the contesting respondents. The consent terms are recorded in the said order.

The present interim application seeks certain reliefs from this Court on the ground that despite passing of several months of passing of the order dated 16th April 2018, the said order remains to be implemented. It is for this purpose, the applicants have made the present interim application.

The application appears to be seeking execution of the order dated 16th April 2018. The relief of execution of the order cannot be granted by way of the present interim application. The remedy of the Petitioners lies elsewhere. This interim application is not maintainable. In view of that matter, interim application is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to take recourse to other appropriate remedy in accordance law.
