The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction that the Respondent No.1 be directed to register an FIR against the Respondent Nos.2 to 12 for committing offences punishable under Sections 375 (4), 376, 370, 494, 495, 406, 108 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The Petitioner has addressed two complaints, both dated 11th April, 2018. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that one of the

2/2 62-wp.2821.2018.doc complaint was addressed prior to the Respondent No.2 marrying the Respondent No.3, however, no cognizance of the same has been taken by the police authorities.

We, therefore, direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Azad Nagar Police Station, Malegaon, District - Nashik, to look into the said complaints of the Petitioner and take a decision thereon and communicate such decision to the Petitioner, within four weeks from date. 4.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
