Having heard petitioner in person and Mrs. Sonawane, learned APP, we find the that investigation into C.R. No.284 of 2015 registered with Malad Police Station is in progress. The main accused has been arrested and he is in custody. 2.

Learned APP having taken instructions also makes a statement that involvement of accused no.2 is being investigated and appropriate action will be taken after receipt of handwriting expert report. She further states that charge-sheet would be filed Uday S. Jagtap

2874-15-wp=.doc within a period of three months from the date of arrest of accused no.1 and if necessary, permission would be taken under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. for further investigation. 3.

In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the petition. Suffice it to direct that the the DCP, Zone-11 shall supervise the investigation into the C.R. No. 284 of 2015. Ordered accordingly.
