Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, placed on record a communication dated 30th November, 2019 from Jt. Dir (Admin), Officer-In-Charge, Regional Legal Cell, Pune, addressed to him. The communication discloses that the petitioner is declared unfit for serving in High Altitude Area/Extreme Cold Climate/Hilly Terrain Areas and he has now been issued/side stepped to a unit located at Non High Altitude Area/ Soft Area (medically classified as M-1 area) vide posting order dated 20th November, 2019.

In the light of the above communication, the petitioner-inperson fairly agrees that the grievance raised in the petition at this stage, no more survives.
