This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to the Respondent No.1 vide order dated 27/06/2018 passed by the Special Judge (under MPID), Pune in Criminal Bail Application No.2446 of 2018 in respect of C.R.No.347/2017 registered at Shivaji Nagar police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Sandeep R. Karnik, learned counsel for the Applicant, Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 and Smt. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State. 3.
Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 today submitted a copy of the order dated 21/01/2019 passed by the Special Judge (under MPID), Pune. Vide that order the report filed u/s 169 of Cr.P.C. by the Investigating Officer in the same C.R.No.347/2017 registered at Shivaji Nagar police station in favour of the Respondent No.1 herein was accepted. The order mentions that the Respondent No.1 herein was discharged from the said offence. A copy of this order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. A copy is also given to the learned counsel for the Applicant herein.
