The Applicant/Appellant has appeared in person and has stated to the Court that she has taken a No Objection from her Advocate and she wants to engage some other Advocate. The same is duly noted.

The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay in filing the present Appeal. Though there are several blanks FEBRUARY 16, 2024 Aarti Palkar

10.IA.18175.2022.doc in the above Interim Application, the same has been taken on record by the Registry. We fail to understand how the Registry has taken an incomplete Interim Application on the record of the file of this Court and numbered the same. We direct that in the future, the Registry shall not take on record any application unless it is complete in all respects.

Be that as it may, in the facts of the present case, since the Registry itself has noted that there is no delay in filing the above Appeal, we dispose of the above Interim Application and direct the Registry to now number the above Appeal, subject to the Appellant removing all other office objections within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Place the above Appeal on 5th March, 2024.
