1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of Orders passed by this Court, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the process of investigation. He on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 15th July 2016 is hereby confirmed.
