The Civil Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal by setting aside order dated 12th March 2018. 3.

Mr. Aradhye, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent strongly opposes the application. However, for the

903 CAS 522.19 in SA 384.2011.doc reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed by setting aside order dated 12th March 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in Second Appeal No.384 of 2011 alongwith connected Civil Applications and the Second Appeal alongwith connected Civil Applications are restored to file. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

It is clarified that in view of restoration of the Second Appeal, the interim relief operating in the Second Appeal also stands restored.
