This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.7.2014. We have gone through the said complaint. The complaint does not incorporate all the allegations which are reflected in the transcript of the advocates conversation which is annexed at Exhibit. We, therefore, dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file pps

In the event such complaint is filed within one week from today, we direct the investigating agency to look into the same and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within period of 7 days from receipt of the complaint. 4.
