Mr. Mane, appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the parties had filed mutual divorce petition under Section 13 (b) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court at Kolhapur, and that has been allowed.

Mr. Mane, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Leave is granted.
