The petition is filed for setting-aside the order of the appellate Court and release the petitioner on parole leave. Mr. Saste, learned APP makes a statement that the petitioner has been granted bail by the Supreme Court in criminal application Nos. 20043-20046 of 2014 in criminal appeal Nos. 2161-2164 of 2014 and, accordingly, he has been released on bail on 3rd November, 2014. In support of his statement, he produced a fax copy issued from the jail authority. The same is taken on record.
