The Petitioner, one of the signatories to the consent terms and Mr. Ramesh Bajoria, Secretary General of ICL Education Society, the other signatory, are personally present in the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. They endorse the consent terms. 5.
The Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 and 2, who have filed a contempt petition before the College Tribunal, shall withdraw their respective applications.

In view of the above referred amicable settlement, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 7.
Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
