The order dated 31/5/2016 passed by the Appellate Authority and order dated 29/12/2015 passed by the Divisional Commissioner in terms of section 39 of Bombay Village Panchayat Act 1958 has been questioned in this petition. This Court has issued notice on 8/9/2017. Nobody appeared for the petitioner on 9/10/2018. On 27/6/2019 again there is no appearance and this Court therefore adjourned the matter to 11/7/2019 for dismissal. The matter has been placed today for further consideration.

There is no appearance for the petitioner even today. 3.
