This is a petition whereby the order dated 23rd October 2020 passed by the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Pune in Appeal No.41 of 2018 has been challenged. Respondent No.1 is the appellant before the School Tribunal.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 have tendered consent terms as entered between the petitioners and respondent No.1 whereby it is stated that the dispute between parties has been amicably settled. The consent terms have been signed on Gaikwad RD 1/2

4.WPNo.71642021.doc behalf of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 by Dr. Mrunalini S. Jadhav, Principal, Sou Venutai Chavan Polytechnic and the respondent No.1, who is present before the Court. Learned advocates for the petitioners and respondent No.1 have also signed the consent terms. Learned Advocate for the parties have identified the signatures on the consent terms. Authority letter dated 25th October 2021 on behalf petitioners as has been issued in favour of Dr. (Mrs.) Mrunalini S. Jadhav is annexed with the consent terms. There is no dispute about the signatures on the consent terms. Accordingly, the consent terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of consent terms. No costs.
