The petitioners have challenge the order of issuance of process under Sections 3,4,10,11 and 13 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners. Hence, this Court is not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction. 3.

The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. 4.
