1] The limited grievance raised in the Petition is that though the proposal for grant of approval to the Petitioner's appointment is pending since September 2013, the Respondent No.3 has not yet decided the same.

2] The Petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal with regard to the grant of approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as submitted by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of eight weeks from today.
