Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application is for transfer from Pune Family Court to Bandra Family Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the prayer to transfer the proceedings to the Family Court at Bandra is granted to the applicant. The only request made is that the Civil Misc. No.73 of 2023 pending before the District and Sessions Court, Panvel, Raigad be also transferred to the Family Court at Bandra. The applicant has no objection.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Application is allowed. 4.
