The appeal was admitted on 14th August 2007. On 14th August 2007, civil application for interim relief was disposed of. Office remark is that the amount is deposited by the appellant in terms of the order dated 14th August 2007 in the civil application in this Court.

We direct the appellant to supply adequate number of copies of appeal for effecting service of notice to the respondent. If copies are not supplied within a period of two weeks from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed

lpa163 for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.

If copies are supplied within stipulated period, notice be issued returnable on 23rd January 2017. Civil application No.237 of 2001 is already disposed of. Hence, the same should not be shown as pending.
