The relief sought in the present writ petition was with regard to setting up of permanent Fast Track Courts. In view of the fact that the Government has issued Government Resolution dated 04th March, 2023, granting approval for setting up of 138 Special Fast Track Courts in the State of Maharashtra for expeditious disposal of pending cases under the POCSO Act, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not wish to continue with the present petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
