Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The only prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Solapur to decide two change reports of the years 2000 and 2001 by giving necessary priority. The petitioner has annexed to the petition order dated 26th June, 2015 passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner by which the said two change reports have been clubbed for hearing alongwith several other change reports pending in respect of the same trust. 3.

If the petitioner wants out of turn priority to be given to several change reports which are clubbed under the order dated 26th June, 2015, it is for the petitioner to make necessary application to the Deputy Charity Commissioner Solapur, Region Solapur. It is for the Deputy Charity Commissioner to decide
