Prayer is to file report u/s 154 of Cr.P.C. against the Chartered Accountant Company. It has arise out of allegation for Tax Evasion. That tax evasion forms subject matter of PIL No.112/11 and Criminal PIL No.29/13. Outcome of that PIL is not pointed out.

Other two Petitions filed by same Petitioner in this respect vide WP No.2757/14 and WP No.2758/14 are dismissed in default by us today only.
