After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief the learned counsel on instructions of the applicant who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 2) At this stage the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the complaint is filed in the year 2013 and since then it is pending for adjudication. Mr. Desai the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that complaint filed by the applicant is ex facie not tenable in the eyes of law and the same is filed out of political rivalry which fact can clearly be discerned from the plain reading of the complaint.
