The applicant came to be arrested on 10th February, 2021 in Crime No. 8 of 2021, registered with Malvani Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and is charge-sheeted.

The prosecution case against the applicant is, the applicant was in extra-marital relation with accused Prithviraj alias Raj Chavan, who murdered her husband.

Neither any weapon nor any incriminating material was seized from the custody of the applicant but for circumstantial evidence in the form of CDR report. As such a case for bail is made out. The application is allowed on following conditions :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 8 of 2021, registered with Malvani Police Station, for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. )
